ROLE OVERVIEW
Insight Manager
This role oversees the full research process, from research design and methodology through to analysis, reporting, and presentation of insights. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In addition to project delivery, the role includes client relationship management, contributing to business development opportunities, and mentoring junior team members. The Insight Manager ensures research outputs are translated into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions.

Required Qualifications
- BSc in Psychology or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
- Mixed-Methods Research Design and Delivery
- Multi-country project management
