Onboarding new talent

New recruits are provided with a comprehensive induction schedule for their first few weeks with us, allowing them to meet the team and be part of projects right from their first day. They are encouraged to provide feedback every month during their probation period, which offers valuable learnings and improvement opportunities

Kadence UK supports flexible ways of working. We offer a hybrid work arrangement. We encourage as much face-to-face interaction as possible. We help overseas locations too – you can work where you work best – whether at home, at the office, or at times, somewhere else entirely. As long as you have wi-fi, you’re all set.
