What you will be doing

As an Insight Executive or Senior Insight Executive, you will support the Insight team in designing and managing bespoke research studies across various industries and methodologies, ensuring our research provides the greatest impact on our clients’ businesses – no matter the topic or business issue. One day, you might be analysing insights from focus groups about gaming behaviors, and the next day, you might coordinate multi-market fieldwork in a quantitative study to test potential product innovations in a beverage category. More specifically, the role will involve:

Research Design

  • Collaborating with project team members and clients to understand all research objectives and appropriate methodologies and analyses required to meet these. 
  • Supporting the design of research instruments e.g. discussion guides or questionnaires

Project Management

  • Taking primary responsibility for the smooth running of projects.
  • Providing clear communication with clients and team members to ensure data is being collected on time and meeting client expectations.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collaborating directly with our experienced senior directors to lead analysis and ‘sweat the data’ to uncover the true answer. 
  • Working extensively with PowerPoint to bring the data to life using storytelling (tables, graphs, illustrations and graphics).
  • Participating in client presentations.

What we are looking for

  • A degree in business, marketing, psychology, sociology, anthropology, or a related field
  • Familiarity with working with data in Excel and creating presentations in PowerPoint
  • For the Senior Insight Executive role: 2-4 years of experience with ad-hoc primary qualitative and/or quantitative research, preferably from an agency-side role
  • The ideal candidate will also demonstrate curiosity, collaboration, and strong communication skills.
