ROLE OVERVIEW
Insight Executive
This role supports the delivery of research projects, contributing to research design, analysis, reporting, and the smooth running of fieldwork. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
The role is primarily focused on project delivery, with opportunities to contribute to wider company initiatives such as internal knowledge sharing, EDI activities, and team events.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the design of research approaches, including drafting materials such as screeners, discussion guides and questionnaires
• Assist in project delivery, ensuring timelines and Kadence quality standards are met
• Manage external suppliers and support fieldwork to ensure quotas and deliverables are achieved
• Support data analysis and identify key findings
• Assist in developing reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly
• Work with the design team on outputs such as infographics, videos and personas
• Contribute to client satisfaction through responsiveness and attention to detail
• Support business development through supplier quotes and proposal input
Required Qualifications
• BSc in Psychology or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field)
• Strong understanding of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods
• Ability to interpret data and identify key findings
• Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
