What you will be doing
As an IT Support Junior at Kadence International (Indonesia), you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware (computers, networks, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Repair and replace damaged computer and network components
- Ensure the security of client and server computers following company standards
- Assist employees with computer and device issues, including company applications
- Maintain and update technical documentation regularly
- Test new hardware and software before full-scale installation
What we are looking for
To be our IT Support Junior, you are required to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology)
- Fresh graduate or at least some internship experience
- Proficient in English
- Additional skills in programming, databases, or IT security are a plus
