Position: Senior Executive/Sr. Executive – Data Processing/Analysis (SPSS)

About the position:

Data Processor work requires identifying and locating information through various data sources. Working on MS office etc. Requires strong PC keyboard skills, English comprehension skills and ability to work accurately and efficiently. Candidates hired in the Data Processor team have the opportunity to grow with us in other fields of data management including data analysis, data mining and data research.

Responsibilities and Duties:

 Database Sourcing and Sampling:

  • Compiling databases according to specifications in SPSS
  • Selecting samples and preparing leads for call centre
  • Maintain and update the Kadence Global Panel
  • Upload new samples into the Dub Knowledge database

CATI / WAPI scripting and testing:

  • Management of CATI / WAPI programming process,
  • Approved of the final version of the questionnaire, ensuring the questionnaire is correctly formatted, routed and ready to be programmed

Data output (inc. cross-tabulations):

  • Management of Data Output process
  • Approved of the final version of the cross-tab request form and open-book request form
  • Liaising with clients
  • Monitoring and contributing to client satisfaction, by being ‘client friendly’ and ‘output focused’  Understanding project costing and budget
  • Minimizing rework
  • Innovation
  • Client Retention


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • College degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • First-rate Excel, and SPSS skills
  • Understanding of statistical analysis tools
  • Experience in business-to-business research
  • Client Focused

  • Team Commanding and Managerial skills
