Our client, a strong player in the Infant Formula market, communicates heavily through their Medical Representatives, who visit Pediatricians & ObGyn with the objective to get them to recommend their product.
Kadence was commissioned to evaluate the Med Reps' performance and fine tune the detailing strategy.
Insights:
- Kadence provided the client with the decision tree for recommendation and endorsement of brands from doctors - showing which brands they favoured and their future prescription trends
- We also benchmarked the client's Med Reps performance with its competitors
- Kadence's ‘KRIS’ score specifically assessed the performance of each individual Med Rep. KRIS is currently used by the company as one of their key performance measurement tools
