Kieron Mathews - Joint CEO, USA

Kieron heads up Insight globally, ensuring that as a company Kadence's continues to innovate and inspire clients and colleagues alike.

He is a graduate of one of Europe's top business schools where he specialised in marketing and branding and is one of the research industry's "Top 50" professionals as listed by the Market Research Society.
Kieron is passionate about Market Research & Insight – believing that if done properly it can truly inspire.  Kieron is also passionate about building a dynamic team of like-minded researchers who enjoy the challenge and have fun along the way.

 

Owen Jenkins - Joint CEO, North America

Owen leads the North American office in its pursuit of information that offers Insight into business buying decisions.

His fifteen years in research coupled with eight in advertising means that Owen is particularly interested in the role of brands in business decisions - decisions that are often thought of as purely rational processes. With a degree in Chemistry, Owen brings scientific rigour to the research process while retaining the flexibility to apply learnings mid-project. He believes that ‘no plan withstands contact with the enemy’.

 

Susan Crohan - Insight Director

Susan is part of the US Insight team and is responsible for uncovering insights and inspirations through qualitative and quantitative market analyses.

Susan joined Kadence in October 2009.  She has a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Michigan and has 12 years’ of market research experience in diverse sectors.
Susan brings a range of experiences and skills to Kadence, particularly in qualitative research techniques, B2C research and media.  She is passionate about conducting insightful research and translating findings into actionable results.

 

Donna Lacourse - Insight Director

Donna is part of the US Insight team and works closely with clients on projects that inspire actionable results.

Donna joined Kadence in March 2005 and has over 10 years’ market research experience.  She received her Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Brown University in 1997 and currently holds a Professional Research Certification (PRC) at the Research Expert level with the Market Research Association (MRA). 
Donna is passionate about market research and enjoys the excitement of being part of Kadence’s dynamic team.  She is inspired by the challenge of developing projects that will meet her clients’ needs and provide straight-forward, actionable information.
