Greg Clayton - Managing Director

Having previously worked in the London HQ, Greg now jointly heads up the Insight division of our Singapore office, ensuring that Kadence's worldly ethos is delivered in reality.

Multilingual, Greg has lived and worked throughout the world, specialising in the last 8 years in delivering high quality market insight to global blue-chip clients across a range of industries. Equally comfortable with both qual and quant approaches, Greg creates business solutions to fit our clients' needs - in whatever way is most effective.

Phil Steggals - Insight Director

Having worked in the London HQ for 5 years, Phil moved to the Singapore office to help develop new business, share insight and further inspire output focused results.

Phil has a wealth of experience leading international projects, ensuring that our global clients receive actionable recommendations – regardless of the markets they are researching. He has conducted many mixed methodology approaches and describes himself as ‘62% quant focused’. He has a wealth of knowledge on NPD and customer satisfaction studies and enjoys the challenge of a strategic positioning study. He has a masters degree in applied research and consultancy and has presented at the MRS conference in the UK.

Natalie Sew Hoy - Insight Manager

Natalie has a real passion for insight and loves unearthing the hidden gems during the analysis process. With both agency and clientside expertise Natalie is proving to be a fantastic addition to the Singapore team.

With over 6 years experience at a large multinational research agency working across many sectors, including telecommunications, FMCG, retail, finance and electricity providers Natalie joins us after a stint on the clientside at the Consumer Insights team of Nestle New Zealand.  Here she was involved in many new product development projects, consumer segmentations, sensory, brand and advertising research.  She has a proven track record in delivering true consumer insights and actionable research to clients – and continues to do so with a passion . Natalie holds a Bachelor of commerce in Marketing and Statistics from the University of Auckland.
 

Kim Tyler - Project Manager

Kim has over 4 years experience in research and analysis, honing her skills in the UK, before arriving in Singapore in 2010.

With extensive experience working for the UK Government, understanding how to increase engagement and satisfaction with government services, Kim is enjoying translating this expertise to the commercial domain in Singapore. With equal strength and passion for both qualitative and quantitative research, Kim complements Kadence Singapore’s holistic research offering, and provides a unique insight into what clients are looking for from agencies.
