Barry Ooi - Managing Director

Barry is MD of the Malaysia office and is passionate about ensuring that Kadence remains the agency of choice for its clients by delivering solutions that are clear and straightforward, whilst also imaginative and inspiring.

Barry is naturally passionate about constantly observing brands, and understanding their connection with social and cultural behaviors and trends. He has a keen interest on how consumers make choices and what influences their purchase decisions. With over 15 years of experience as a research professional across Asia, Barry has expensive expertise in retail tracking, brand equity measurement and consumer research.

Barry is enthusiastic about offering his consumer and retail research expertise to help clients extract more value from their research and help them to grow their consumers and expand its markets.

 

Sara Liew - Associate Director

Sara is one of the principal members of the insight team in Malaysia and believes in working closely with clients to ensure she can exceed their expectations.

With over 10 years of experience in research, Sara's previous role was as a media research specialist. So in addition to her wide range of skills she is able to bring this specialist sector knowledge into play for clients.
