Vivek Thomas - Managing Director, Indonesia

Vivek heads the Indonesian office, the fastest growing market research company in Indonesia.

With a degree in computer engineering and a MBA degree from one of India’s top B-Schools, Vivek has over eight years’ of marketing and research experience in Indonesia, Singapore and India.

Vivek leads a dynamic team, passionate about delivering outstanding insights that give clients clear and precise marketing actionables. He believes in consistently exceeding clients’ expectations.

Rajiv Lamba - Executive Director

Rajiv comes from a research and media planning background. He has more than 10 years research experience with the last 7 based in Jakarta.

He has extensive experience in projects ranging from brand tracking, U&A, product test , concept test, advertisement test, evaluating marketing mix and consumer satisfaction.
 
Rajiv has managed various key clients in different categories  in Indonesia, some of which includes personal and beauty care, foods and beverages and  telecommunication. He holds a master's degree in business administration in marketing.

Riana Siregar - Senior Research Manager

Riana is a lead qualitative researcher and works as part of the Indonesia office’s Qualitative Insight team.

Riana is a Qualitative specialist with a degree in management.  She spent 2 years in brand management before she found her calling in marketing research.
Riana has a natural ability to connect to consumers from different walks of life. She is passionate about bringing consumers alive to marketers enabling them to make clear marketing decisions. She has over 6 years’ qualitative research experience spanning categories ranging from dairy, GUM, IFFO and baby food, beer, cigarettes, telecom, personal care, white goods and confectionary.

Agnes Dewi Farah - Research Manager

Agnes is part of the Qualitative insights team and is also one the leading moderators in Indonesia.

Agnes holds a degree in Psychology from the prestigious University of Indonesia.
With over 9 years experience as a Qualitative researcher, her experience  spans a wide range of categories. Agnes has experience in FMCG, Automobiles, B2B and Healthcare sectors. She prides herself in answering client objectives by providing actionable, insightful and thought provoking recommendations.
